Bronxville Parking Information

Parking Developments: New Meter Durations (as of late 2015)
Meter time limit changes made to certain lot locations as follows:

  • Cedar Street Lot:
    • 4 long-term merchant spaces created in the rear of the lot adjacent to St. Joseph's rectory.
    • 2-hour meters in the row adjacent to Cedar Street remain unchanged.
    • All other meters in the lot are now 3-hour meters.
  • Garden Avenue Lot:
    • 1st row of the lot - row facing Pondfield and closest to the building: Half are now 3-hour meters and half are 4-hour meters.
  • Kraft Avenue Lot:
    • 4 long-term merchant spaces created in front of the 45 Kraft Building (white building near the lot exit).

Meter Feeding Prohibited

Meter feeding is prohibited Village-wide. It is unlawful to feed any meter in the Village for more than the stated time limit on each meter. This is a necessary change so that the Village may implement a mobile parking payment app without adversely affecting the Village parking inventory. If there were no meter-feeding prohibition, anyone could park in any location in the Village for the entire day and constantly refresh his parking fees via the mobile parking payment app.

If someone needs to stay in the Village longer than his meter allows, he may move his vehicle to another parking space in the Village.

Pay Your Parking Meter from Your Smart Phone

Pango, a pay-by-phone parking application allows you to pay your parking fees electronically via a downloadable app on your smart phone. Download the app via the app store and set up an account or call 1-877-MY-PANGO. The electronic system offers the convenience of no need for coins, the ability to request an alert before your parking time expires, and the option of adding money to your meter remotely, provided you have not exceeded the maximum parking time allowed. Meters will continue to accept coins as well.

Merchants will have the ability to offer parking validation and/or special deals to customers via the app.

Coming Soon: Kensington Garage
